Customers also benefit from visibility into the health of their environments. IT teams can keep track of status and availability details on all systems and benefit from a calendar view which contains details and notes on past and scheduled maintenance. In addition to operational data, Majesco Cloud Control provides a summary of customer tickets in ServiceNow, with links for direct navigation so users can view the status of their issues.
